Refund policy

 

1. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Special-Order items, Custom Products are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

 

2. RETURNED ITEMS. Items that are being returned will be pending inspection from management. It may take up to 2-4 weeks to process your return.

 

3. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling and sales tax fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, alternative payment forms may be permitted at management’s discretion.

 

4. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Down payments on basses are NON-REFUNDABLE. The first 50% of the bass is used in production and therefore will not be given back. Anything after that 50% can be returned to the customer if they decide they would no longer like their bass.
